1. Withdrawal / Refund Policy

If a learner is unable to attend the Programme/Course after making full or partial payment, or chooses to withdraw before completing the Programme/Course without valid reasons supported by relevant documents, refund of course fees shall be listed on each public training quotation, and will be based on the following conditions:

Refund policy is not applicable to in-house trainees.

All withdrawal and/or refund requests should be processed with the final result communicated to the learner(s) within 7 working days from the request.


2. Other Terms

W.L.P Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone and change the venue of the course(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Notification will be provided to learner(s) within a reasonable timeframe.


3. Intellectual Property Agreement

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree that all course materials, content, and intellectual property, including the company logo, are the exclusive property of W.L.P Academy Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content or intellectual property without our prior written approval. Any unauthorised use may give rise to legal action. Where such unauthorised use results in legal proceedings, you agree to bear all related costs and expenses incurred.
